My sore balls

Ok. I had a hernia from grapppling; could not move well without getting it fixed. Went in; got the job done; got home. Now it is time for recovery.

I started out with some prunes; the dope they give you to put you out can lock you up; you need to shit and shit soft so you do not have to push. some time after some light salads with a protein shakes every 3 hours. Ice on the injury and the hog 24 7 until it is healed. It is now 5 days later and I am healing great. I took no pain medication; i wanted to experience the full pain. I took 2 tablespoons of Somatize every night before bed for recovery.
